Who it’s for
Built around your specific obstacle.
In a 1-to-1 session, everything—the exercises, the feedback, the focus is shaped around the specific thing that’s stopping you, not a generic curriculum. Mo works with people at every level, from those who avoid speaking entirely to senior professionals who present regularly.
Common situations
You have a high-stakes talk coming up
A TEDx, a conference keynote, an investor pitch, a board presentation. You’ve prepared the content. Now you need to prepare the delivery.
Anxiety is getting in the way
The nerves aren’t just uncomfortable — they’re affecting your clarity, your pace, and your ability to think under pressure. You need a practical framework, not reassurance.
You’re stepping into a more visible role
A promotion, a new position, or a career pivot that requires you to speak with more authority and presence than you currently feel.
Something specific isn’t working
You know the material. You know you can speak. But something in the delivery — pace, presence, authority, eye contact — isn’t landing the way you want it to.
How it works
Four easy steps
01
Free 30-minute call
Mo gets to understand what you’re working toward and what’s in the way. You decide whether to go further.
02
Tailored session plan
Based on the call, Mo outlines a session structure: format, focus, and what you’ll leave each session with.
03
Live sessions with real feedback
Every session involves active practice, not just discussion. You speak, Mo responds. Specific, honest, and actionable.
04
Written notes after each session
A short document summarising what was covered, what to work on, and what to watch for before the next session.
Session formats
Three ways to work together.
All sessions include live practice with real-time feedback and email support.

🧍
Physical presence
Body language, eye contact, and how you occupy a space — including what you do with your hands when you don’t know what to do.
🗂
Structure and signposting
How to organise any talk so audiences stay with you — and how to signal where you are so they never feel lost.
📖
Storytelling for non-fiction
Using narrative techniques in factual, professional contexts without sounding like you’re performing or oversimplifying.

Questions
What you might be wondering.
If something isn’t covered here, email Mo directly—he responds to every message personally.
Do sessions have to be in person?
No. The majority of sessions happen online via video call, which works well for coaching—you can share screens, record the session, and review clips together. In-person sessions are available across the UK for those who prefer them.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week of the initial call, depending on availability. If you have something coming up urgently, say so when you get in touch and Mo will do what he can to accommodate it.
Will you watch recordings of me speaking?
Yes, if you have them and want that. Reviewing a recording together is often one of the most useful things a session can include—it’s specific, honest, and harder to argue with than feedback alone.
What if one session isn't enough?
It usually isn’t, for anything beyond a specific quick fix. That’s why the three-session programme exists—structured to allow enough time for practice, feedback, and consolidation before it matters.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. Mo can issue an invoice directly to your employer or organisation. Many clients expense coaching as professional development. Get in touch and Mo will handle the paperwork.
