Common questions

Training workshops are primarily delivered in-person across the UK, though online programmes are available globally. For speaking and MC work in different cities, please get in touch to discuss logistics.

For speaking and MC bookings, 4–6 weeks is ideal, though Mo does accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. For training programmes, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient to design and schedule sessions.

The 6-week programme and 1-to-1 coaching are available online via video call, while the workshops are usually conducted in-house. Get in touch to discuss a hybrid approach.

Corporate and team bookings are priced per engagement rather than per head, so larger groups often represent better value. Contact Mo directly to discuss pricing for your specific situation.
Expect an informal 30-minute call to understand what you’re trying to achieve and whether Mo’s the right fit. There’s no no pressure or obligation—if it’s not the right match, Mo will say so and point you in a better direction.
